Etsy charges a fixed $0.20 listing fee per item, whether or not it sells. On top of that, a 6.5% transaction fee applies to the full order — item price plus shipping and any gift wrap — regardless of where you're based.
Payment processing is charged separately and varies by your payment account's country:

If a sale is attributed to an Offsite Ad (Etsy advertising your listing on Google, Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest), it replaces the transaction fee with a flat 15% charge — dropping to 12% once your shop has made $10,000 or more in the trailing 12 months, at which point enrollment also becomes mandatory rather than optional.
